2. Payment and Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive an email containing your license key and deployment documentation.

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. See full Refund Policy.

4. Updates and Support

License holders receive updates and patches released within their license period. Technical support is available via email at [email protected].

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the fees you actually paid to us in the 12 months preceding the dispute.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses found to be in violation of these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution or commercial use beyond the agreed license scope.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly, good-faith negotiation between the parties.
